BSW model suction benches can be used effectively in finishing operations, in sanding in wood and marble industries, in engineering industry and in foundries, etc. Precise engineering of the suction slots in our benches assures complete trapping of hazardous dusts right where they are generated before breathed in by the operator with consequent danger to health.
Construction data
The BSW bed consists of a set of appropriately scaled panels are bolted together to form a sturdy structure able to support an evenly distributed load of up to 350 kg/m2. Galvanized metal plate is standard or this can be painted on request. The suction type work surface (made of aluminum or wood on request) is lined with felt to protect the parts being machined and can be extracted to permit inspection of inside parts. Tilting side panels can be provided for improved support of large-sized parts.
Functioning
The waste produced during the various operations are routed towards the internal hopper and from here through connection ducting to the suction-filter unit (Aircom, CD, FM...) for the necessary separation and filtration.
